About the GS:
The Grand Sport package, RPO Z16 included the LT4 engine, distinctive Admiral Blue paint with white center stripe, and special red left fender hashmarks.
The 1995 five spoke 17" wheels were used, but painted black. The tire sizes for the GS coupe were P275/40ZR17 front and P315/35ZR17 rear.
To accept the larger tires, the GS coupes had fender flares, while the convertible did not. The stock sizes on the Grand Sport coupe are P255/45ZR17 front and P285/40ZR17 rear.
Interior choices were limited to black or a red-black combination. Corvettes with the Grand Sport option had seperate serial number sequences.
The Grand Sport came with black floor mats, peforated sport seats with "Grand Sport" embroidery, and total production limited to 1000: 810 coupes,
and 190 convertibles.
